Frequently asked questions about RZ AI
01 What is RZ AI?
RZ AI is an AI-powered Discord bot that answers questions, generates text and can be configured individually per server — directly in this web panel, without any code.
02 How do I add the bot to my server?
Click "Invite Bot" in the navigation. You need the "Manage Server" permission on the target Discord server. After the invite, the bot is immediately active.
03 Is RZ AI free?
Yes, the basic version of RZ AI is completely free. You can invite the bot and use all core features without any costs.
04 Which AI model does the bot use?
RZ AI uses a powerful AI model — one of the fastest and most capable models available. The model can be switched by the server owner.
05 How do I configure the bot for my server?
Log in via Discord OAuth2, go to the Dashboard, select your server and open the settings. There you can control language, personality, allowed channels, AI context and access rights.
06 Who can change the bot settings?
Server administrators and members with the "Manage Server" permission always have access. You can additionally grant access to specific roles or individual users in the Panel Access (ACL) section.
07 In which channels does the bot respond?
By default the bot responds in all channels. You can restrict this to specific channels or categories in the server settings. You can also explicitly exclude channels.
08 Can I give the bot a custom personality?
Yes — you can choose between Helpful, Funny, Professional and Casual. Additionally you can define a server profile, mission and specific response rules to adapt the AI precisely to your community.
09 Does the bot store conversations?
The bot stores only what is necessary for operation: your Discord User ID, server settings and usage statistics. Message content is not permanently stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10 What is the Word Filter?
The word filter automatically deletes messages containing blocked words. You can enable/disable the global word list per server and add your own custom words in the panel under Server Settings → Word Filter.
11 The bot is not responding — what can I do?
Check the following: (1) Is the bot online? (see /status) (2) Is AI enabled for the server? (Dashboard → Settings → Core Toggles) (3) Is the channel in the allowed list? (4) Does the bot have read/write permissions in the channel?
