Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

The provider is RZ AI (see Imprint). Contact: https://discord.gg/PvDPqf3juR.

By signing in to the panel or using the bot you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

RZ AI is an AI assistant for Discord servers. Server managers use the web panel to set in which channels the bot replies, its personality and language, which knowledge it uses (server profile, rules, website) and who has access.

The service is currently offered free of charge. There is no entitlement to a particular scope of features; features may change or be discontinued.

3. Account, sign-in and minimum age

Sign-in is only possible with your Discord account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must not share access.

You must be at least 16 years old and comply with Discord's terms. There is no entitlement to an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. In particular, the following is prohibited:

• Content or requests that are unlawful (e.g. sexualised depictions of minors, incitement to violence or terror, hate speech, insults, threats, fraud).
• Spam, automated mass requests, overloading or disrupting the service, and circumventing technical safeguards.
• Attempts to manipulate the bot into revealing internal data, credentials or information about other people (e.g. prompt injection).
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities, scanning or attacking internal systems, including via the website knowledge feature.
• Multiple accounts or fake servers to obtain limits, credits, codes or rewards unfairly.
• Violations of Discord's terms, policies or community guidelines.

5. Duties of server managers

• You inform the members of your server in a suitable way that an AI bot is used there and that messages are processed to generate answers.
• For “website knowledge” you only enter publicly reachable pages you are entitled to use. The bot fetches these pages and stores the text.
• You are responsible for the settings, server profile, rules and notices of your server, especially that they do not infringe third-party rights or contain false information.

6. AI answers

Answers are generated automatically by AI. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. They do not replace legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Always verify important information yourself.

Current notices from a server team (e.g. about maintenance) are passed to the bot as information; the respective server team is responsible for their accuracy.

7. Usage limits

To protect the service, limits apply: by default 100 AI requests per person per day are possible, and text length limits apply. The provider may change limits and raise (e.g. “Unlimited”) or lower them for individual people.

8. Credits, shop and codes

Credits are a pure points currency inside the panel. They have no monetary value, are not transferable, cannot be paid out and cannot currently be bought with money. There is no entitlement to credits.

You can receive credits, for example, through the daily bonus, daily quests, setting up a server (once per server and step), for unlocked achievements (once per achievement), as a reward for a server you own (only for the owner of the server, once per server and tier), by redeeming a code, through invites, or from the team.

Invites: anyone who signs up to the panel via your invite link and claims the daily bonus on three different days earns a reward for you and for the new person. Only new accounts with a Discord account at least seven days old count; regular users receive at most 20 invite rewards per month. Partners receive their own links and rewards from the team. Inviting your own alt accounts, bought or automated accounts and any other manipulation are prohibited and lead to the rewards being revoked and possibly a ban.

Current server rewards (as of this version): 100 AI replies: 100 credits; 1000 AI replies: 500 credits; 10000 AI replies: 2000 credits. Requirement: at least 5 members and 3 different users who used the bot on the server.

In the shop you can exchange credits for benefits, e.g.: Unlimited – 1 day (100 credits); Unlimited – 3 days (270 credits); Unlimited – 7 days (600 credits); Unlimited – 30 days (2000 credits); Unlimited – 90 days (5400 credits); Gift: unlimited 1 day (120 credits); Gift: unlimited 3 days (320 credits); Gift: unlimited 7 days (700 credits); Gift: unlimited 30 days (2300 credits); Gift: unlimited 90 days (6000 credits); Streak shield (200 credits); Premium profile colours (400 credits); Profile banner forever (1500 credits); Panel colours (500 credits); Panel background (700 credits); Halloween profile colours (350 credits); Autumn profile colours (300 credits); Winter profile colours (350 credits). An exchange is final; a refund in money is excluded.

Codes are only valid for the stated purpose, may have an expiry date and a limited number of redemptions, and can be redeemed once per account. The provider may revoke codes, credits and benefits or correct balances if they were obtained by mistake, through abuse or in violation of these terms. Offers, prices, rewards and tiers may change at any time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or ban accounts, servers or individual features temporarily or permanently if there is good cause. Good cause includes in particular:

• Violation of section 4 (acceptable use) or Discord's rules.
• Abuse of the bot, limits, credits, codes or server rewards (e.g. fake servers, multiple accounts, sharing or trading codes).
• Submitting unlawful or dangerous content or attempts to spy on internal data or systems.
• Harassment, threats or insults towards team members or other users.
• False statements, impersonation or sharing of access credentials.
• Repeated violations despite a warning and violations that endanger operation.

For minor violations a warning may be given. The reason for a ban is stored in the panel and visible to team members with the corresponding rights. You can object to a ban by e-mail or via the support server; we will review it. You can end your account at any time and request deletion of your data (see Privacy Policy).

10. Team and roles

The team works with different roles and permissions (Owner, Developer, Team lead, Manager, Admin, Moderator, Support). The higher the role, the more permissions; team members can only manage people with a lower role. Viewing chat history is limited to roles with the corresponding permission and only allowed where necessary for support, abuse prevention or security. Team members treat data confidentially.

11. Availability and maintenance

We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee a particular availability. Maintenance, disruptions and outages (including of third parties such as Discord or the AI provider) are possible. Current information is available on the status page.

12. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and where we have given a guarantee. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and then limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We give no guarantee for the content of AI answers, user input or linked websites.

13. Changes

We may adapt these terms and the service, e.g. for new features or changes in law. We will inform you of material changes in a suitable form (e.g. in the panel). If you keep using the service after a change, the new version applies; you can end your account at any time.

14. Final provisions

The law of the country where the provider has its seat, applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live remain unaffected. If individual provisions are invalid, the others remain effective.
